Why do catholics worship Mary?
We do not worship Mary. We worship God only, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We honor Mary as the mother of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

How can catholics believe a mere man, the Pope, is infallible?
We believe that Jesus Christ is the head of our church. Jesus and the Holy Spirit protects the Church and the successors of Peter from gross error in matters of faith, morals and doctrine.

Why do catholics pray to the dead?
That is the point, they are not dead. Christians who have passed from this earth are alive and well in heaven. We ask them to pray for us, as we ask our brothers and sisters on earth to pray for us.

Do catholics believe in the Bible?
Yes, we believe the Bible is the holy, inspired, infallible and inerrant word of God. We read sections from the Old Testament, Gospels, Letters, and Psalms every Sunday. We encourage Catholics to read and study the Bible.

What do Catholics believe about being "saved"?
We believe, "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before hand so that we would walk in them." Eph 2:8-10
